Bojan Blagojevic is Professor in Meat Hygiene at the Department of Veterinary Medicine, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. He is a European Specialist in Veterinary Public Health - Food Science. His main research interests include meat safety, risk assessment of public and animal health hazards and risk-based meat inspection. He has been involved in numerous international scientific projects and coordinated COST Action RIBMINS. He serves in expert groups of EFSA in relation to meat safety.
